DAQ Server Daemon
An API for data streaming.
Streaming data is normal data collected from data acquisition devices, but taken in real time and distributed to interested users using streaming data viewers. The DAQ Server Daemon is a generic software interface and implementation for windows that uses the NEES Data Streaming Protocol to connect data acquisition devices from real time data streaming.
This software was developed specifically for the Pacific 6000 data acquisition device. This device has 256 channels and is the main data acquisition in the SEESL facility. This software is an implementation of the DAQ Server Daemon software interface for this specific DAQ device.
